At BUYOUU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Tags and labels are intact
- The item is not from a non-returnable category (see below)
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Skincare, haircare, and beauty products (once opened)
- Health supplements and wellness products
- Innerwear and shapewear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@buyouu.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchange Policy We currently offer exchanges for size or colour issues on eligible clothing items, subject to availability.
